CG Real Estate Capital is a privately held commercial real estate investment firm. We specialize in the acquisition and redevelopment of suburban office buildings, industrial distribution centers and manufacturing facilities.

CG Real Estate Capital and related business entities have acquired nearly 1,000,000 sq. ft. of class “A” suburban office buildings and close to 3,000,000 sq. ft. of industrial and flex product. Our properties are extremely well-maintained and are conveniently located near major highways and amenities.

Each building in our current portfolio offers ample parking and flexible floor plates. We are a vertically integrated firm who work closely with our property management teams, project management groups and leasing agents. Our professionals are highly experienced, knowledgeable and transparent.

Bradley Coven, SIOR, CCIM

Bradley Coven is a licensed Ohio Real Estate Broker, a graduate of The Miami University, Richard T. Farmer School of Business Administration, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and an Individual Member of The Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS (SIOR). Since 2016 Brad has been a board member of the Ohio Chapter of SIOR.

Brad has had over twenty years of experience in commercial real estate as both a landlord and real estate broker. His extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate market is complimented by his expertise in areas such as purchase negotiations, lease negotiations, market analysis, property marketing, property management and construction. Brad’s professionalism and ethical business practice have allowed him to create strong working relationships with the local and national commercial real estate and business communities. Brad has operated the Coven-Goldman portfolio of buildings since 2000 and the CG Real Estate Capital portfolio since 2015. He has had extensive experience with the day-to-day operations of running over 2.5 million sq. ft. of commercial real estate.

Joseph Greenberg

Joseph brings decades of sales and business development experience to the team at CG Real Estate Capital. Over his career he has sourced, executed and managed many complex real estate transactions. Joseph’s intuition allows him to identify the problem and craft a solution benefitting the end user and the partnership. This win-win approach allows him to build long term relationships with tenants, local communities and public officials.

Prior to founding CG Real Estate Capital, Joseph was able to learn the business as a real estate broker for CBRE and Lee and Associates. By working on transactions on behalf of users and owners of commercial real estate, Joseph quickly understood the importance of creating solutions that are mutually beneficial. Joseph is a principal of several unique projects. Some examples that involve conversions of large dormant facilities into multi-tenant industrial campuses. Others involve the stabilization of large Class A suburban office parks with institutional grade tenants. Joseph graduated with a BS and MS from Indiana University. He was a member of the Indiana University Football team and served as an undergrad and graduate assistant coach. In his free time, Joseph coaches his son’s football team for Hawken School and enjoys spending time with his family in Chautauqua, New York.
